This measuring device is available with manual moving of the device and digital visualization of the cutting measure (M model), with an automatic single (S model) or multiple (A model) positioning.

BAR MEASURING SYSTEM

Measuring device ARROW can be mounted on our idler roller conveyors KK330, KK330 HD and KK460 and it is ideal for sawing machines with cutting capacity up to 350mm on medium-light materials.

Moreover, it can be equipped with several accessories.

ARROW MB

ARROW MB is a measuring device with manual moving easy to mount on our unloading idler roller conveyors.

Available in size 3000 MM, It can also be shipped as a kit and assembled by the customer itself.

ARROW M

ARROW M is a measuring device with manual moving easy to mount on our unloading idler roller conveyors.

It can also be shipped as a kit and assembled by the customer itself; moreover, it is equipped with a wide range of accessories.

 

- It can be mounted on KK 220 and KK 330 outfeed roller conveyors.

- Manual positioning of the measuring stop device with no need of any power supply since powered by 1.5 V type C batteries.

- Adapters for MEP idler roller conveyors included.

- The stop device can be installed on either the infeed or the outfeed.

- Length detection through magnetic band.

- Measurement shown on display.

- Device to lock the stop device to the desired length.

Moreover, it can be equipped with several accessories.

ARROW A

ARROW A is a measuring device with automatic multiple positioning that can be mounted on our idler roller conveyors.

Mounted on the loading side, this model works as a <<pusher>> (feeder) and it is equipped with a wide range of accessories.

 

 

- It can be mounted on KK 330, KK 330 HD and KK 460 outfeed roller conveyors.

- Manual flip over motorized measuring system assembled on 30mm linear guide and 3.3Nm servo motor.

- Automatic rectract at the beginning of the cut and incremental mode.

- Adapters for MEP idler roller conveyors included.

- Turning control panel with 7" display mounted on a free-standing base and equipped with piece counter.

- It can be mounted on KK 330, KK 330 HD and KK 460 infeed roller conveyors.

- Manual flip over motorized measuring system assembled on 30mm linear guide and 3.3Nm servo motor.

- The measuring device works as a «pusher» since it goes back to the end of the carriage and then feeds the set length in a progressive manner. For greater accuracy the assembly of the optional manual or pneumatic vice is strongly recommended in order to clamp the material thus preventing it from sliding while feeding.

- Safety barriers surrounding the equipment are required: contact the manufacturer for an offer.

- Automatic rectract at the beginning of the cut and incremental mode.

- Adapters for MEP idler roller conveyors included.

- Turning control panel with 7" display mounted on a free-standing base and equipped with piece counter, blade kerf compensation and device for remote programming via ethernet cable.

  • FUNCTIONING

    ARROW MB

    Manually position the stop device to the desired cutting length and bring the material to the stop device before cutting.

    ARROW M

    Manually position the stop device to the desired cutting length and bring the material to the stop device before cutting.

    ARROW S

    Once set the desired length, the measuring stop device is automatically positioned. The operator brings the material to the stop device before cutting. Only one measure at the time can be executed.

    ARROW A

    The operator can set multiple cutting lengths to execute in sequence and position the material (we recommend the use of the optional manual or pneumatic vice for clamping it); the system will feed the material in a progressive manner to every impulse of the customer.
