Bar loaders and dischargers for Velocex models: the essential choice for high production

Velocex high-speed sawing machines are designed to ensure high production, since they can work on three daily work shifts. For this reason, options such as bar loaders play a crucial role since they allow sawing machines to work continuously, thus minimizing machine downtime, and to have always available the material to cut without the need for operator intervention, who will only have to "feed" the loader and change the circular blade when necessary.

According to the material shape, these loaders can be more or less inclined through a manual or hydraulic system. In addition, they can accommodate bars up to 6m in length and have a range that varies depending on the corresponding sawing machine model.

Upon request, standard bar loaders can also be combined with additional belt loaders and bar separators. This system allows the operator to load an entire bundle of material without the need for it to be aligned first.

Finally, these loaders can be customized by creating ad hoc systems according to the specific needs of the customer.

  

However, once the sawing machines are allowed to work continuously thanks to the bar loaders described above, it becomes even more strategic to manage the unloading of the cut material in the most suitable way for the customer, so as not to lose the advantages generated by the loading system and thus create a cutting process as fluid as possible.

All Velocex models are equipped with a standard motorized chute allowing to separate "compliant" parts from scrap ones such as shafts of bar no longed feeded and trim cuts, thus reducing downtime due to operator control of the production batch. For those who have the need that the material does not fall on the machine, there are standard motorized belt modules of various lengths.

Also in this case, it is possible to develop customized unloading systems able to meet the specific needs of the customer, such as interface with a robot arm, multi-position separators, specific solutions for those who cut long pieces, etc.
