What follows is the final part of the collaboration with the Australian service center to show you the central role of the after sales services offered.

We conclude the story of the collaboration (here available the first and second part) with the Australian service center going to discover the main reasons why the customer decided to rely on Mep, Hydmech and Power Machinery.

In addition to the wide range of advantages offered by the sawing machines and Material Handling System installations purchased over the years, the after sales service has played a key role too. As a matter of fact, the customer decided to continue to rely on Mep, Hydmech and Power Machinery thanks to the after sales services offered: in particular, it was the possibility to also have a continuous local support from the after sale service of our dealer to convince the Australian service center. This made it possible to cancel the distances and to have various teams of experts working together.

Over the years, the customer has managed to improve the productivity of his locations thanks to the efficiency of the installations and decided to turn to the local after sales service to schedule maintenance works so as to maximize production and increase the useful life of the components of the purchased installations.

Besides the maintenance already carried out, recently a visit by some service engineers was agreed to subject the installations of the various national locations to further examination so as to continue to ensure their efficiency, reliability and cutting precision over time.

All this demonstrates the importance now acquired by after sales services, which allow not only to stand out from the competition but also to offer high quality experiences to customers. In a constantly changing market, it is more and more fundamental to focus on listening to customers and their needs in order to be able to satisfy and anticipate them.
