MEP solutions for mechanical workshops

Mep products are conceived to meet the needs of two main different sectors: metal forming and chip removal. Recently we presented our solutions for the metal construction world (available here); today we focus on chip removal and, in particular, on the world of mechanical workshops.

Mechanical workshops are specialized in metal processing and in the production of mechanical components used in a wide range of industrial sectors. As a matter of fact, mechanical workshops often adapt to customer's specific needs by offering customization and batch production services. Thanks to the characteristics of their structure, they are able to easily handle even large and thick materials.

These sawing machines are equipped with safety devices - protective screens, sensors, emergency stop systems - which ensure a safe working environment for operators. Moreover, they are designed to be easy to use through intuitive interfaces allowing to easily program cuts and control the machining process.

Production efficiency is another important strength point of dual-column sawing machines: actually, thanks to their high cutting speed and the ability to cut heavy and tough materials in a shorter time, these sawing machines allow to improve production efficiency.
